If paying by check please fill out the form and submit. An invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours and will contain description and address of where to send your check.

PLEASE NOTE:
• Deposits paid are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. So please be sure you understand that no matter the reason the deposit will not be refunded.
• All monies paid (not including deposit paid) no matter the reason, within 60 days of a specified show are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

DOOR PRIZE of $50.00 VALUE IS REQUIRED BY ALL EXHIBITORS (No Exceptions)!!! All exhibitors must provide a DOOR PRIZE valued at a minimum of $50.00. The DOOR PRIZE MUST NOT require the winner to make a purchase of exhibitors product and/or service to redeem.Offering a discount off a purchase DOES NOT QUALIFY AS A DOOR PRIZE.Door Prizes can NOT be contingent upon attending any event or obligation. Door Prize MUST include a full description of the prize, the name of your company so that you receive credit for the prize and must be packaged for stage presentation aesthetics. You MUST present DOOR PRIZE at Vendor CHECK-IN upon arrival on day of show. Examples: Gift Certificates to restaurant and department stores. PAYMENT and DEPOSITS

Deposit amount is 50% of total show cost unless special arrangements have been discussed with us. Balance is due 45 days prior to the show. Your credit card on file will be processed on the due date as stated on your show invoice. If not paid in full 30 days prior to the show we reserve the right to release the hold on your booth or table and all monies paid by you will be credited to a future show. Absolutely no refunds!
